Downtown Historic Apt By Convention Center, Cruise Port, TG Hospital, Amelie, Hyde Park, & Bayshore

Excellent location in an older building. Positive: Location was excellent. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Lots of parking available on the street. Negative: The studio is old but updated and you could hear the people upstairs. This is just the nature of the building and the cleanliness and location more than made up for any negatives.

Positive: Möbel sind alt und überholt

Positive: Sehr gute Lage. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer einfach und sehr sauber. Negative: Leider etwas ringhörig.

My stay is ok and the room met my purpose. Positive: The location is great! Negative: The room has a smell of cleaning products.

We will stay here again next year if we make it to the company Xmas party. Positive: Location to downtown Tampa is a 10-15 walk. Jump on the red trolley stop 10 by the convention center to save steps to the local restaurants or even continue to Ebor City stop #2 for the bar areas. The Sail and American Social are a quick walk by the river for good drinks and food. Negative: It is small but is exactly what we expected. No real complaints.
